Tewkesbury District Twinning Association are arranging a trip to the Bath Christmas Market. Pick-ups at 9:15 a.m. from Tewkesbury School car Park and at 9:45 a.m.at Churchdown Community Centre. Cars can be parked at the School and the Community Centre. Cost of the trip is £10 Members and £12 for Non Members.

School exchanges
We are concerned that school exchanges will be seriously compromised by the Government’s proposal that the parents of children will need to obtain CRB checks.
Publicity
It is clear that our association is not as well known as we would like and better publicity is needed.
2008
Twenty members attended and enjoyed a varied menu of German food at the Harvest Home.
Successful exchanges were made between Tewkesbury School and the Miesbach Gymnasium.
Pearl Stokes organized a visit to Miesbach for thirty two members of the ‘Where the Heart Is Group’, which offers support to people who have suffered heart problems.
The bi-annual Oktoberfest was again a great success.
2007
TDTA visited Miesbach in November, staying at the Bayerischer Hof. We enjoyed a concert by Singvereinigung MB and guided tours.
